OJBG Creator, Otessa Ghadar attended the DC Office of Motion Picture and Development’s Filmmaker’s Luncheon where she was awarded a letter of congratulations from DC Mayor Vincent C. Gray. At the ceremony celebrating local filmmakers, Otessa was honored for her over five year contribution to the DC film industry, and outstanding work on web series Orange Juice in Bishop’s Garden.
